【Paper Submission Notice】
General Paper Submission Guidelines
- Two types of submission are accepted:
Abstract (maximum 1,500 words including references section) or
Full paper (maximum 5,000 words including references section)
ABSTRACT
- Cover Page: author information (names, affiliations, current positions in their organizations, such as: Assistant Professor, Doctoral Student, etc., phone numbers, and e-mail addresses).
- Abstract: maximum 1,500 words including references section. (Typed single-spaced, title at the top center(Times New Roman 14-point); introduction, research purposes, method, findings, implications or conclusion and reference, 5-spaced paragraph indentation, and body content: Times New Roman 12-point).
- Submission may be accepted either for Stand up or Poster based on the quality of paper or author’s preference.
Please indicate if the submission is for stand-up presentation or poster presentation.
Full Paper
Full paper submission is allowed for the final selection process.
- Indicate the title, the author’s (authors’) name, affiliation, and e-mail of the full paper.
For full paper submission; maximum 5,000 words including references section, single-spaced pages.
Instead of submitting a full paper, you can submit a PowerPoint.
For poster presenters who can submit poster file only.
Submission of completed full papers, PowerPoint or poster will be acknowledged in the Conference Proceedings. - Once the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for and present the paper at the conference.
- Full paper submissions are required for those who want their paper to be considered as a candidate for the best paper awards.
Best paper awards will be competitively selected by the paper review committee. - Please use the template to work on your abstract and full paper at the Conference Website.
