1. Q: How do I submit my manuscripts?

2. Q: May I submit a Chinese manuscript?
A: As this conference is mainly published in English. When submitting abstracts, please submit them in full English; the full paper can be submitted in English or Chinese, and it is recommended to continue to submit the full paper in English.
3. Q: Do I need to pay the submission fee?
A: You don’t have to pay the submission fee.
4. Q: Do I need a registration fee?
A: It’s for free
5. Q: Paper Publication and copyright agreement:
Papers should be sent in WORD format. (Files such as PDFs would not be accepted)
An authorization letter including the published and copyright license agreement is necessary after the papers are accepted.
Despite many writers listed in the author list, one of them as representative is adequate
After signing the authorization letter, please make a copy in PDF or JPG format and send it to the email address of the ICHTL conference.
The paper in ICHTL 2024 would be applied to ISBN and preserved in the collection of the National Library.
Your collaboration and understanding are very much appreciated.
6. Q: How much time is there for each group of oral presentations?
A: Oral presentation 12-15 minutes per group (tentatively, will be adjusted according to the registration situation). The conference suggested that each group could make a briefing file to assist oral presentation.
7. Q: When will I get the participation certificate and presentation certificate?
A: It is our goal to send out the certificates within two weeks after the conclusion of the conference. We thank you for your understanding.
